We often move through life without truly noticing the state of our body and mind. Some days we feel light and free — other days we carry tension and restlessness without understanding why. Yoga teaches us to see this clearly: your body reflects your inner world, and your mind shapes your reality.

The Six States

Body and Mind, Side by Side

States of the Body

State 1
Stiff Body

The weight of tension and resistance. When stress, inactivity, or emotional burdens accumulate, stiffness sets in — both physically and mentally. Recognizing this is the first step toward freedom.

State 2
Relaxed Body

The flow of ease and balance. A body at ease reflects a mind at peace. When tension fades, energy flows effortlessly, bringing lightness and vitality.

State 3
Blissful Body

The harmony of lightness and peace. Through deep meditation, yoga, and conscious living, the body enters effortless harmony — where movement feels weightless and peace becomes second nature.

States of the Mind

State 1
Restless Mind

The chaos of endless thoughts. A mind that jumps between thoughts like a stormy sea cannot find clarity. The journey begins with awareness — simply noticing the restlessness without being swept away by it.

State 2
Calm Mind

The serenity of inner stillness. As thoughts slow down, clarity emerges. Through meditation and mindfulness, the mind transforms into a quiet lake, reflecting life without distortion.

State 3
No-Mind

The ultimate state of pure being. Beyond thoughts, beyond identity — here, actions flow without interference, life unfolds effortlessly, and existence is experienced in its purest, most undistorted form.

The Link

Why They Always Move Together

The three body states and the three mind states are not separate tracks — they mirror each other constantly. A stiff body tends to come with a restless mind. A relaxed body makes a calm mind easier to access. A blissful body and a no-mind state are, in practice, the same experience at two different levels of description.

This is why yoga works on both simultaneously. You cannot fully relax the mind while the body holds deep tension. And you cannot achieve a truly blissful body while the mind is agitated. The work on one is always also work on the other.

When we release tension in the body through movement and breath, we also clear emotional and mental blockages. When we calm the mind, the body naturally follows — becoming more flexible, more at ease, more alive.
